Since our new Centre opened in January 2023, we have experienced a big demand for lets, both from groups and individuals. This demand has far exceeded our expectations and we would like to thank everyone for their support.

Trustees have recently been reviewing the income and expenditure of Bullingdon Community Centre. The increased income generated by the lets have to be balanced against a considerable increase in the costs of running and managing the new Centre. These increased costs include increased energy costs, business rates, insurance, staffing and legal costs.

Following our review, we have decided we need to increase our letting charge by approximately 10%. This increase will become effective for new lets from 1st April 2024 and for existing regular lets, from 1st May 2024. The revised hiring charges are can be found here. Trustees appreciate that no one wants to incur increased costs, but we are a registered Charity and required to manage our finances responsibly.
