People living within our area of benefit - which is the Churchill and Lye Valley Wards - pay the Local Rate for private lets. People living outside this area pay the General Rate. 

The General Rate is paid by people living outside this area and by large, not-for-profit organisations. The Local Rate is paid by people living within a mile from the Bullingdon Community Centre (OX3 7HS) and by small, not-for-profit organisations.  

Room capacities: Main Hall 80 persons (60 seated); Rear Hall 45 persons (30 seated); Meeting Room 15 persons (12 seated)

Use of the large kitchen costs £11 for the duration of the hire. If use of the ovens is required, please add an extra £11. Preparation of food must comply with food hygiene regulations.

All visitors are required to allow enough time within their hire period to set up the rental space and clear up afterwards. Minimum rental period for parties is 3 hours. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Please note our centre is locked at 9pm so we can only allow bookings till 8pm.

The all-weather sports area is also avaible for hire and can include the use of the floodlights.

Weekend use and prices: We have slightly increased our prices for weekend use. Rental of the main hall now includes use of the kitchen and collection of up to three bags of rubbish after a party.

Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for one-off parties and events. Hire times are between 9am-8pm Saturday or 9am-6pm Sunday. Unfortunately, at this point, we are not offering late night bookings. 

Please note that we only take bookings for children’s parties for children up to the age of 12; the minimum rental period is three-hours; and a £50 refundable deposit will be required.
