Rosie's Yoga: Mondays 11:30-12:30
Join us for a welcoming Hatha Yoga class that's perfect for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience.
What to Expect
- Health First: You'll be asked to complete a confidential health questionnaire, which will be securely stored.
- Class Structure: Each session includes a warm-up, asana (yoga poses), focused breathing, and relaxation.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat (if you have one), and a blanket for relaxation.
- Belts, bricks, and blocks are provided
About Rosie
- Started practicing yoga in 2011 and began teaching in January 2024.
- British Wheel of Yoga 300-hour Certificate in Teaching Yoga
- 30 years' experience working as an NHS nurse
- MSc in Mental Health & Reiki Master Teacher
