Rosie's Yoga: Mondays 11:30-12:30 

Join us for a welcoming Hatha Yoga class that's perfect for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience. 

What to Expect 

  • Health First: You'll be asked to complete a confidential health questionnaire, which will be securely stored. 
  • Class Structure: Each session includes a warm-up, asana (yoga poses), focused breathing, and relaxation. 

What to Bring 

  • Yoga mat (if you have one), and a blanket for relaxation. 
  • Belts, bricks, and blocks are provided 

About Rosie  

  • Started practicing yoga in 2011 and began teaching in January 2024. 
  • British Wheel of Yoga 300-hour Certificate in Teaching Yoga  
  • 30 years' experience working as an NHS nurse  
  • MSc in Mental Health & Reiki Master Teacher 

I bring a compassionate and holistic approach to my yoga and Reiki practices
