Yoga is for everyone, and can have a transformative effect on us all, offering a rare chance to stop, breathe and connect with ourselves. 

Amy teaches two yoga classes on Wednesday evenings: 

Vinyasa yoga, 6-7pm

An uplifting class for all abilities. We will synchronize movement with breath through a flowing sequence of yoga poses, building strength, flexibility and balance and releasing mental and physical tension.

Yoga for beginners, 7:15-8:15pm

The class is designed for those who are new to yoga or coming back to the practice after a period of time. We will spend time getting to know a range of poses, working with the breath and gently flowing through sequences together. The aim is to build confidence, strength and stability in a supportive environment.
