Yoga is for everyone, and can have a transformative effect on us all, offering a rare chance to stop, breathe and connect with ourselves.
Amy teaches yoga on Wednesday evenings, 7:15-8:15pm.
The class is designed for those who are new to yoga or coming back to the practice after a period of time. We will spend time getting to know a range of poses, working with the breath and flowing through sequences together.
The aim is to build confidence, strength and stability in a supportive environment.
