The BCA is looking for a new partner to enjoy our Rear Hall/Studio space.

Our Rear Hall/Studio, measuring 65 square metres, has a vinyl floor and can accommodate up to 55 people. It has separate access, its own kitchenette and outside area, but also links to our large atrium area where our toilets and large kitchen are based. 

It is ideal for a range of children, adult and family activities.

We are exploring two options for the Rear Hall:

1: Renting it to a ‘not for profit’ organisation whose aims are consistent with our aims: ‘promoting the benefits of the inhabitants of Churchill and Lye Valley.’ 

We are seeking a basic rental of £6,000 per annum with an additional annual service charge which includes a contribution to our energy costs.

2: Offering reduced rates on weekdays to organisations who wish to use the hall for at least one full day per week. Our daily rate for ‘not for profit’ organisations is £55 per day or £200 per week. Rates for commercial organisations are a little higher.

Organisations interested in pursuing either of these options will be asked to submit an ‘expression of interest’ by 31 st January 2023 giving details of your organisation, how it serves Lye valley and Woodfarm and the times you would wish to rent the rear hall.

BCA will make a decision about the use of the Rear Hall by the end of February 2023.
