NHS Health Checks - FREE every Monday
The new service starts on February 6th
Health Checks Oxfordshire will be at the Bullingdon Community Centre carrying out FREE NHS Health Checks for people aged 40-74 every Monday morning from February 6th.
NHS Health Checks are designed to spot the early signs of a number of preventable diseases and provide lifestyle support and advice to help you live well for longer.
The check only takes 30 minutes. During the check an expert health practitioner will measure your height, weight, blood pressure and conduct a quick finger prick blood test to test for diabetes.
