The BogStars group has just announced some new forthcoming events. The programme looks as follows over the summer. All are welcome!

Friday 30th June at 2pm:

Free community lunch followed by talk on the Birds of Otmoor at 2pm.

Peter Barker will be coming to the Bullingdon Community Centre to give an illustrated public talk on The Birds of Otmoor. If there is time, he will answer questions afterwards.  Although this is a free event we are hoping people will leave a donation to the RSPB.

Friday 14th July at 2pm:

A free community lunch followed by GARDENER’S QUESTION TIME at 2 pm, when a panel of gardeners will attempt to answer your questions. Any questions (and your name, please) should be submitted to Shirley on arrival.

From 12.30-3.30 pm there will also be a table top/bric-a-brac sale in the atrium at the Bullingdon Community Centre with all takings going to the Bullingdon Community Centre. Donations on the day would be welcome but no clothes or shoes, please.

Friday 4th August from 2-3.30 pm:

Afternoon Tea in aid of Breast Cancer Now.

Did you know that 'every10 minutes someone in the UK hears the words 'You have breast cancer' (Breast Cancer Now). Your support can help to make sure Breast Cancer Now continues to be there for them, every step of the way.  Join us for a cream tea or piece of cake as we participate in this national initiative.  Everyone welcome, including children (there is a nice park and playing field next to the Community Centre).

22nd September at 2-3pm:

Public Talk:  Judy Webb from Friends of Lye Valley
